How do we feel about removing "for all who live in it"? The words "equitable and sustainable" already imply that our concern is with living beings, so I think it is redundant to add that bit at the end.

I personally prefer to include a reference to humanity in the statement. "sustainable world" suggests environmental focus, which may not necessarily be true. I think it important to indicate that a sustainable and equitable world can only be achieved by empowering and educating people to create it. In that vein, instead of taking it out, I'd rather see them separated. From what I understand, we want to see people served - both by participating in the program and by benefiting from social venture work - in order to change the world. Thus, I see two main thrusts to this vision, which should be reflected.
