Here's one that I feel is a little ambiguous or could be referring to multiple things. It could certainly mean honesty in communication and in purpose, being trustworthy. It could also be something like sticking to our values and principles - authentic to the mission. These would both be good, but they are different.
I very much like the idea of authenticity, and during the meeting David talked about how authenticity leads to honesty, collaboration, understanding of strengths and weaknesses. If that's the case, then would it be fair to characterize authenticity as trustworthiness and trust/openness among the team?

I agree that it's ambiguous. It requires context I think. It is important, because if people feel like they need to put on a face in the course of their interactions with the team or their assigned social venture, the real problems (read, opportunities) can't be addressed.
Maybe something like "Authenticity in Speech and Action"? Or "Authenticity in Action and Interaction"?
